    Location: Southampton, SO30 2PA

    Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

    Salary: £25,210 per annum
     
    Restore Datashred is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team in Southampton on a 12-month fixed-term basis. If you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise swiftly and effectively with other staff members and customers to meet customer requirements
    • Input incoming orders and contracts into the relevant computer system
    • Complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures and process route clear-downs efficiently
    • Build effective and close working relationships with the Sales, Transport, and Warehouse teams
    • Ensure proactive communication with SCOs throughout the working day
    • Respond promptly to email and phone requests
     

    About You

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • An excellent telephone manner
    • A passion for providing excellent customer service
    • High competency in standard software packages and a willingness to learn new ones
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
    • A professional approach to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
    • Able to work under pressure and show flexibility when required
