We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of accounts. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue across the Restore PLC portfolio. Working on a shared portfolio, you will take ownership and accountability for assigned queries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Here are some key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound freight, coordinate with warehouse staff, and ensure efficient delivery schedules.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and rates to optimise costs while maintaining service quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze client performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with key accounts to maintain client satisfaction.
- Financial Reporting: Create and present regular reports on account status to senior management
