Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Rainham, RM13 9YB
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 Per Anum DOE
We at Restore are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will liaise with the suppliers and customers, providing administrative support to the sales function, This role is ideal for an individual with excellent administrative and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets (Excel)
- Managing and responding to enquiries within a shared email inbox
- Generating customer invoicing using Word
- Liaising with suppliers, chasing customer orders, and confirming delivery dates
- Supporting monthly stock checks
- Carrying out weekly and monthly spreadsheet checks to ensure data accuracy
About You:
- Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience working in Administration Roles
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Possess excellent attention to detail and accurate reporting skills
- Driving is not required but would be beneficial due to the location of the site.
