Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of new and existing customer opportunities for Restore Recycle
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth
• Support the development and implementation of the Restore Recycle strategy
• Work closely with the Total Waste Manager to identify trends and new opportunities within the market
• Attend customer meetings to provide solutions, support, and pricing guidance
• Support product development through market research and customer insights
• Promote services through product launches and marketing campaigns
• Identify Total Waste tender opportunities and assist with proposal submissions
• Attend Datashred depots as required, typically once per month
• Support supplier audits and help onboard new and existing waste management suppliers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve agreed KPI targets

About You:

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the waste and recycling industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Essential)
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills (Essential)
• Ability to influence and gain buy-in from a range of stakeholders (Essential)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail (Essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage your own workload, multitask, and work independently (Essential)
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment (Essential)
• Flexible and adaptable approach with a strong customer focus (Essential)
