Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Commission + Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Restore Datashred’s services
- Supporting the wider sales team with lead generation and follow-up activity
- Building rapport with clients and understanding their needs
- Attending client meetings alongside senior team members to gain experience and build relationships
- Keeping internal systems updated with accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Learning about our services and the wider document management industry
- Working towards set targets in a supportive, team-driven environment
- Supporting the wider sales function with quotes and pipeline management
- Working with the head of sales on data projects and marketing campaigns

- Someone who communicates well and enjoys speaking with people
- A motivated individual with a positive approach to learning and development
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player who’s comfortable using email, phone, and Microsoft Office tools
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales or business development
