Role: Recruitment Partner
Location: Hybrid- majority home based, but travel to sites for meetings is expected 2-3 times a month
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: £32,500-£35,000
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our internal recruitment team, supporting Restore Datashred, Restore Harrow Green and Restore Plc. You’ll play a key role in hiring across a wide range of roles; from warehouse and driving positions to office-based and leadership roles, supporting more than 20 sites across the UK.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong delivery, excellent communication, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish and will be trusted to bring in the right people at the right time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
- Writing engaging job adverts tailored to each role
- Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals and headhunting
- Screening CVs, arranging interviews and providing feedback to candidates
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers, offering recruitment advice and insight
- Managing offers and negotiating with candidates where needed
- Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
- Developing pipelines for repeat or hard-to-fill roles
- Promoting Restore’s values, ensuring a great candidate experience
- Ensuring recruitment processes are compliant and up to date in our ATS
- Attending site visits (1–3 per month, with notice) to build a deeper understanding of operational needs
About you:
- Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally across both volume and specialist roles
- A confident, approachable style when working with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with using ATS systems and understanding of GDPR and compliance
- Willingness to travel occasionally to build relationships and gain site knowledge

Recruitment Process:
- Initial Screening Call - You’ll speak with one of our internal recruiters who’ll give you an overview of the role, ask questions about your CV and experience, and answer any questions you may have
- 1st Stage Interview - A more in-depth conversation with the Recruitment Business Partner
- 2nd Stage Interview - A final interview with our People Director and a People Business Partner
