About The Role
Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: London Silvertown, E16 2BS
Contract Type: Permanent, full time
Hours a week: 45 - 08:00-18:00
Salary: £33,228

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our busy London Silvertown branch. Reporting to the Head of Warehouse and Fleet Operations, you’ll ensure the smooth running of daily activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the branch’s growth. A valid driving licence is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations

Maintain high standards for goods in and out processes

Complete customer inventories within a 48-hour SLA

Work closely with administration teams to meet customer needs

Organise warehouse space to support growth

Recruit, train and retain warehouse colleagues

Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies

Skills & Experience:

Proven warehouse supervision or management experience

Strong customer-first approach

Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence

Hands-on leadership style

Able to engage from shop floor to senior management level
