Warehouse Operative
Location: Bedwas, CF83 8DW
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week
Salary: £28,742.17 per annum

• Loading and unloading confidential materials from vehicles safely and accurately
  
• Operating shredding and baling machines in line with safety and compliance protocols
  
• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly machinery checks
  
• Reporting equipment defects to reduce downtime
  
• Performing manual handling tasks using correct procedures
  
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and efficient
  
• Safely operating a Forklift (Counterbalance) or JCB Telehandler
  
• Occasionally assisting with customer collections when needed

• A strong commitment to Health & Safety standards
  
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
• Experience with FLT Counterbalance or JCB Telehandler is required
  
• Previous experience in recycling or confidential waste is an advantage, but we provide full training
  
• First Aid or Fire Marshal trained? Great! If not, no problem
