  • Internal Account Manager – Gold Partners

    Location: Commutable to Cardington, Birmingham or Runcorn - Hybrid

    Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

    Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00-17:30 with 1 hr lunch

    About the Role

    We are looking for an organised, driven and relationship-focused Internal Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of Gold and Silver Partners. In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with External Account Managers and Directors to manage existing accounts, engage with new and dormant Partners, and drive new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring commercial success, and strengthening our presence within a highly strategic Partner network

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day activity of both new and existing Partner accounts
    • Build and maintain relationships across all levels within assigned Partners
    • Work alongside External Account Managers and Directors to develop named accounts and territories
    • Maintain and report on sales pipeline activity, forecasting revenues and margins
    • Identify opportunities for Restore Technology’s full portfolio of services within accounts
    • Deliver quotes and respond to customer service queries, with support from Sales Support
    • Ensure Partner expectations are met through timely communication and service delivery
    • Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Service Delivery and Operations to ensure smooth account operations

    About You

    • An effective communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels
    • Highly organised, commercially aware and skilled at identifying growth opportunities
    • Proven track record in account management and relationship development
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • A proactive team player who is detail-oriented, solution-focused and customer-driven
