We are now seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales strategy for traditional relocation services. Responsible for over £30 million revenue, this is a high-impact role at the heart of our business. The successful candidate will be customer-obsessed, commercially driven, and able to balance closing high-value opportunities with building and inspiring a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will directly shape our growth trajectory and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding value for our customers.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Drive and deliver annual sales revenue in excess of £30m, achieving double-digit growth
- Expand market share through new customer acquisition and strategic account development
- Define and refine RHG’s ideal customer profile, embedding a customer-obsessed culture across the team
- Lead, coach and develop Account Directors, BDMs and telesales colleagues to achieve stretch targets
- Personally lead and secure high-value enterprise-level deals with FM providers and corporates
- Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline management and margin accountability for all sales activity
- Collaborate with Restore Group colleagues to maximise cross-selling opportunities and group sales initiatives
- Deploy innovative pricing strategies and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey
About the ideal candidate
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth in B2B markets
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, coach and scale high-performance teams
- Skilled in converting and retaining key customers while delivering measurable business value
- Commercially astute, with experience managing £30m+ portfolios
- Expertise in customer journey mapping, digital sales enablement and adaptive pricing
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior decision-maker level
- Up-to-date knowledge of workplace trends, ESG considerations and evolving customer needs
- Experience within relocation, logistics or workplace transformation sectors (desirable)
