    Role: Team Leader
    Location: Wolverhampton (WV14 0UJ)
    Contract Type: Full Time,  Permanent
    Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
    Salary: £28,163.00 Per Annum

    As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a specific team, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards. You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore Scan policies and procedures.
    You will carry out these responsibilities whilst reporting any Information Security, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality incidents to your manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targets
    • Closely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achieved
    • Report on identifying trends and instigating remedial action where necessary
    • Assist with day-to-day activities of prepping, scanning, QA and finishing to ensure client deadlines are met
    • Set an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peers
    • Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctly

    About You:

    • Previous team leader experience in office or production environment –preferred but not essential
    • Team Leader skills – including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc.
    • Good communication skills – written & verbal
    • Delegation
    • Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
    • Great attention to detail
    • Basic computer knowledge
