  • Process Analyst

    Kidderminster - Midlands Based
    Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
     

    This role will assist in the development of an operational production plan, standard operating procedures, quality control, reporting and dashboard updates to ensure business objectives are met and risks and issues are identified early. The role will work closely with operations and IT to ensuring quality, testing, migration and project targets are monitored and reported in line with strict security, quality and budgetary constraints to ensure compliance with the schedule.

     

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    SERVICE DELIVERY:

    • Provide operational support for project setup, user acceptance testing, and live environments.
    • Develop and update processes and procedures, ensuring resources and training are in place for new implementations.
    • Manage and maintain operations and project data to achieve business goals and ensure timely reporting.
    • Delivery of project specific activity to achieve overall project plan
    • Provide introduction support for new services
    • Collaborate with operational teams to understand and meet business requirements, reporting risks and mitigation progress.
    • Support project plan management to ensure consistent delivery of activities and performance targets.
    • Adhere to security protocols, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR standards.
    • Identify and resolve risks and issues, promoting process and cost optimisation initiatives.
    • Highlight opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance performance and user experience.
    • Liaise with management for project documentation and maintain operational reports.
    • Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements, recommending process changes for efficiency.
    • Ensure a safe working environment, reporting any security, environmental, health, safety, or quality incidents.

    PEOPLE:

    • Supporting the operational team day to day and oversee all aspects of project development, implementation and process performance
    • Review process performance with operational colleagues, identify improvements and training requirements
    • Support operations with regular system and process training sessions
    • To keep your manager informed of any foreseeable challenges and work with them to plan accordingly, utilising relevant support functions and escalation paths
    • Support in the communication of project goals and process performance through regular team briefings
    • To role model and work within the Restore values, competencies, behaviours and set the cultural tone of the team

    H&S:

    • Maintain health and safety within the working environment, and report any Information Security, Environmental, Health, Safety or Quality incidents to your manager
    • Follow security procedure to ensure site security and confidentiality at all times
    • To complete all mandatory safety and compliance training
    • Analyse business processes to identify potential health and safety risks and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure business operations align with relevant health and safety laws and standards.
    • Analyse workplace safety data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
    • Support health and safety audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

    REPORTING:

    • Report any system or process challenges.
    • Report any health and safety, quality, information’s security, environmental and business continuity & disaster recovery incidents 
    • Collect relevant data from various sources to support accurate and timely reporting.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure business success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Ability to analyse complex data and business processes to identify problems and opportunities.
    • Strong written and verbal skills for effectively conveying information at all levels.
    • Expertise in identifying solutions to business challenges and implementing them effectively.
    • Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
    • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, databases, and system analysis methodologies.
    • Deep understanding of operational workflows and process improvement strategies.
    • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage tasks to meet deadlines and deliver project goals.
    • Skilled in creating clear, detailed business documents, such as process maps and user guides.
    • Capable of working in dynamic environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
